Reviews and Ratings <br />
Our stay was filled with ups and downs. On one hand, the staff was quite friendly and responsive, and we enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools along with the beautiful views. Unfortunately, there were several issues with the room and facilities that detracted from our experience, including maintenance problems and noise from other guests.
My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. While the location is near ski activities and offers some scenic views, the room conditions left much to be desired. I found the service to be decent, but disappointments regarding cleanliness and comfort were hard to overlook. Especially since the amenities were lacking and in need of updates, it felt more like a budget stay than a resort.
This hotel left a lot to be desired during my stay. The staff tried their best, but the overall experience was marred by outdated facilities, musty rooms, and strange smells. While the proximity to outdoor activities is a plus, the hotel itself seems to be in serious need of renovations and better management.
My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing overall. Upon arrival, it felt almost deserted, and the check-in process was extremely slow due to technical issues. Although the location was good for accessing Camelback, the rooms were quite outdated and in need of repair. The amenities offered, like the bar and dining areas, simply didn't meet expectations, especially with the kitchen closed on Thanksgiving morning, leaving us with no breakfast options. Overall, this place is definitely not worth the money they charge.
The hotel is seriously outdated and in need of significant renovations. While the location offers easy access to outdoor activities, and the employees are quite friendly, the overall experience was disappointing due to the condition of the facilities. The dining options also left much to be desired, with cold food and unresponsive service. Given the current state, I wouldn't recommend it unless significant improvements are made.
